Employee Referral Program
TP Mechanical encourages and rewards employees for indentifying and referring top talent for open positions within the organization. Our employees know the environment and the culture of TP Mechanical, which is valuable in articulating this to potential employees.
At times the company may offer an employee referral bonus. Each hiring situation will be evaluated and depending upon conditions and need, management may elect to provide a referral bonus.
We currently offer the following referral bonus $500 for all new hire candidates who are hired!
To be eligible for referral bonus the following guidelines must be met:
- Candidate must identify who referred them during the application process. Once an offer has been extended, no referral requests will be honored.
- Referrals must be documented on TP Mechanical Application. Referral section is on first page of application and states “How did you learn of this opening?”
- As staffing is an inherent part of their jobs, Human Resources personnel are not eligible for referral bonus. Hiring managers may not receive referral bonus for employees they hire into their department(s) or for hires made where they may have had direct or indirect influence on the selection process.
- Rehires/Past Employees are not eligible referral candidates.
Referral bonus will be paid out to the referring employee based upon the following schedule:
- Hire date of referred candidate $50 paid to referring employee.
- After referred candidate has worked 90 days $150 paid to referring employee.
- After referred candidate has worked 1 year $300 paid to referring employee.
