TP Mechanical is incredibly pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Hoover as our company’s new president and chief executive officer. Bill Riddle, TP’s previous president and CEO, will begin his new role as president of TriplePoint, TP Mechanical’s parent company.
“With Tim’s experience, dedication, and desire for achieving excellence, I feel he is the right person who is aligned with where TP is going and who will continue to progress the company in the right direction,” Bill shared.
As a key member of our TP family since 1994, Tim brings a career’s worth of experience to his new role. Most recently, he built one of the leading assembly and distribution centers while overseeing Columbus’ operations. His leadership style is involved, imaginative and inspired daily by TP’s culture of innovation.
Tim commented, “I am excited about my new role and thankful for the support I have received from both the company and our customers. I look forward to bringing more innovative ideas and growth to the organization while expanding employee opportunities.”
In addition to his 29 years with TP Mechanical, Tim served 11 years in the Ohio Army National Guard and attended The Ohio State University, where he studied industrial technology. He was also an instructor for the TP Mechanical Apprenticeship Program for 14 years and currently serves on the apprenticeship board. When he isn’t working on pushing TP to the next level, Tim enjoys spending his time with his wife, Julie, and their two daughters, Megan and Brooke.
