The Fidelity Investments project at 100 Howe Drive, Covington, Kentucky was completed in November 2008 with a total construction value of $6.4 million.
Fidelity Investments needed a new facility to perform and manage their operations. A corporate, long-term goal was to reduce the engergy consumption inorder to reinvest into the company. TP Mechancial was selected as the contractor to reach thier goal. We installed the first engergy efficient, nybride under floor air distribution (UFAD) and chilled beam system in the Central United States. This system has the potential to reduce Fidelity Investment’s energy costs by twenty-two percent.
“The one thing I appreciated about Mayur and the TP Team was that when I never get involved in an issue on a project, it tells me that our subcontractor did an excellent job”.
