Cincinnati, OH (Jan. 25, 2016) – TP Mechanical has announced a new addition to their leadership team by promoting Tim Hoover to Chief Operating Officer of the company.
TP Mechanical looks forward to Hoover leveraging his extensive company experience in this new role, according to Bill Riddle, President and CEO. “Tim started with TP Mechanical has a Journeyman Plumber/Pipefitter, so he knows the business inside and out. He’s held increasingly challenging leadership roles throughout his career, and his knowledge and dedication have helped us reach our current success,” he said.
Hoover comes to the role after serving as the Vice President of the Columbus region, overseeing the Commercial and Fire Protection operations. As COO, he plans to ensure consistency across the company’s six regions.
“My main priority is to provide consistency across all our processes and supply the training and support necessary for their 100-percent successful execution,” says Hoover. “This will allow us to continue to serve our customers with the best employees and the best processes.”
Hoover is passionate about supporting the success of TP Mechanical for customers, employees and stakeholders. In addition to serving in the Ohio Army National Guard, he has been with TP Mechanical for 21 years. He’s held positions in the field and at the corporate level, including superintendent and project management. He also serves on the company’s Apprenticeship Board and as an instructor for TP Mechanical’s state-recognized apprenticeship program.
“I really enjoy helping people develop their skills and knowledge bases,” said Hoover. “I want to make sure our employees can succeed both in their individual careers and for our company.”
