Roark Engineering
Preventative maintenance and service was provided for the 100,000 square foot plus facility. We are currently in 2nd year of a 3-year hybrid HVAC agreement to replace aging R-22 HVAC equipment with new R410A units.
Hilton – Light Fixture Upgrades – Parking Garage
Our team replaced all of the light fixtures in the parking garage for the Hilton Hotel in downtown Lexington.
Allegion Steelcraft Boiler Replacement
A 900,000 square foot manufacturing facility in southern Ohio hired TP Mechanical to replace two, 70-year-old boilers. TP not only completed this project in six weeks, but during the demolition and installation, there was no disruption to the manufacturing facility’s production. Fire Protection Services
After a small fire in this Columbus manufacturing facility, our Fire Protection team lead arrived on site promptly to get their fire protection system back online.
Hocking College – Ionization HVAC
TP Mechanical implemented bipolar technology across 27 campus buildings to help create a safe and healthy environment for their students, faculty and staff.
Avalign Technologies
Preventative maintenance and service was provided for the 200,000-square foot facility. TP also installed air conditioning for the entire plant and duct work for machinery exhaust.
Farmers Insurance
TP completely replaced the system components on (4) air handling units to include a new blower motor, blower wheel, bearings, blower shaft and pulleys. Additionally, the old R-22 evaporator coils were replaced with custom built R-410A coils and the (4) old roof mounted condensing units were replaced with new energy efficient condensers.
