601 W. Main – Louisville Hotel

TP prefabricated and installed two long pieces of grease ductwork, one of which was 30 feet and the second 40 feet long. This ductwork runs vertically from the hotel’s basement kitchen up six stories to the roof exhaust. Prefabrication of this duct saved countless labor hours on-site minimizing installation time.

Slot Drains

The TP fabrication team developed an innovative solution to the challenges of installing slot drains. The traditional method of driving rebar into the ground and assembling each piece is time-consuming and challenging to keep straight and secure during the concrete pour. Instead, TP prefabricates the slot drains. The drain can be assembled up to 40 […]

Grease Traps and Interceptors

Due to the danger of having men six to eight feet below ground, this was a perfect project for fabrication. The team preassembled grease interceptors on a skid resulting in a safer environment, better-quality product and enhanced the project schedule.

Mariemont Schools – Sewage Ejector Replacement

The project was the construction of an addition to Mariemont High School and renovations of the existing facility. Our team pre-assembled the sewage ejector to cut down installation time on-site from four days to 20 hours decreasing safety risks.

Prefabricated Hospital Headwalls

Our team prefabricated about 50 headwalls for this Ohio hospital. These headwalls will be placed behind each bed to provide air, oxygen and vacuum for doctors and nurses to provide critical care efficiently. Prefabricating these headwalls in our facility helps us to remain on or ahead of schedule and minimize waste.

Big Walnut Elementary + Central Energy Plant

To ensure the installation of piping and equipment went as effortlessly and fast as possible, TP built the entire mechanical room in our 100,000 square foot distribution center. The mechanical room was completely pre-assembled while the energy plant structure was simultaneously being built. Once the building was dried-in, the pre-assembled portion of the mechanical room […]

WPAFB C-Line

Size was no obstacle when installing two boiler and one pump skid for the WPAFB C-line project. Assembling all three skids in our Cincinnati fabrication shop took nearly five months from start to finish while the team on-site placed overhead piping to prepare for the preassembled skids. To transport the skids, the largest of which […]

Topre

Topre is an automotive stamping plant. Forty-foot racks of process piping were installed. We also did some prefabrication for the mechanical room. Due to the prefabrication, on-site installation of the mechanical room just took over one day.  Installation went very quickly for the overhead piping out in the plant; installed within hours because hangars were […]
