Job Description

The Dispatcher/Operations Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and facilitates the operations, administration and profitability of the Service Division, including assisting in the implementation and success sections of the annual strategic business plan.

Initiative, decisiveness, tact, integrity, judgment, leadership skills and technical knowledge are essential to achieving departmental and corporate goals. Job related contact can occur virtually with all demographic groups, with the majority of daily contacts being with TP Mechanical employees and departmental customers. Job stress will range from moderate to extreme, with an average day being moderately stressful.
