We’re hiring all levels of experience—from apprentices to senior estimators—to support our expanding operations in Ohio and Kentucky.

Job Description

As part of our Plumbing division, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment that prioritizes safety, quality, and craftsmanship. Our plumbers handle a wide range of systems including water distribution, sanitary systems, hydronics, gas piping, and more. We offer a career ladder that supports your growth from fieldwork to estimating, design, and project leadership.

  • Journeyman Plumber (Residential & Commercial)

  • Pipefitter

  • HVAC Plumbing Estimator

  • Fab Shop Plumber

  • Senior Plumbing Estimator

  • Plumber I–V

  • Plumbing Estimator

  • Pipefitter II & III

  • Commercial Plumber

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Install and repair piping systems for water, gas, and waste

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Lay out, cut, and assemble piping systems to code

  • Coordinate with other trades and project supervisors

  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

  • Troubleshoot systems and make field modifications as needed

  • Maintain safety and cleanliness on job sites

  • Document work according to company and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications & Certifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum 2 years of plumbing or pipefitting experience (varies by role)

  • Valid plumbing license or journeyman certification (state-specific)

  • Ability to read blueprints and piping schematics

  • Familiarity with hand and power tools

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (depending on role)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master plumber license

  • Experience in both commercial and residential settings

  • Proficiency in plumbing layout software

  • Experience with prefab/plumbing fab shop tools

  • Previous project management or estimating background
