Customer: Allegion Steelcraft Building: Manufacturing facility

Size: 900,000 square feet on 20 acres of land

The work at the plant began as small projects including the replacement of HVAC equipment and five rooftop units. These projects lead to a preventative maintenance HVAC contract in 2016. In 2017, the contract was expanded to include plumbing and fire suppression to their annual contract.

The Approach

Per the expanded contract, TP Mechanical has proactively provided the following services:

Project Description

During the summer of 2016, our service team in Lexington, Kentucky, was tasked with a project that included designing and installing an industrial walk-in cooler and freezer for Senko (U.S.A), Inc.

Measuring 23,000 square feet in size, configuring these refrigeration systems presented several challenges.
