Revit Drafter/Modeler – HVAC Sheet Metal
Read and interpret HVAC drawings, blueprints, and fabrication diagrams
Cut, bend, weld, and assemble sheet metal using shop or field tools
Install ductwork and HVAC systems on commercial and industrial job sites
Operate plasma cutters, shears, brakes, and welders (fab shop roles)
Coordinate 3D models and clash detection using Revit (BIM roles)
Ensure compliance with job specifications, code, and safety protocols
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades
2+ years of HVAC sheet metal experience (field or fab)
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural plans
Welding experience (for fab roles)
OSHA 10 or 30 certification (role dependent)
Revit experience (for BIM positions)
Familiarity with duct layout software (e.g., Fabrication CADmep)
Journeyman certification or equivalent trade license
Experience in commercial HVAC system installation
Lean fabrication or modular construction experience
Prior BIM coordination or VDC experience
NCCER or SMACNA training credentials

Typical Schedule:
Field: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Fab Shop: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
BIM Office: Monday–Friday, standard office hours (some remote/hybrid roles available)
Q: I only have fab shop welding experience. Can I apply?
A: Yes! We have dedicated fab shop roles that focus solely on welding and sheet metal fabrication. We also offer a sheet metal apprentice program
Q: What software tools will I use in a BIM role?
A: Revit, Navisworks, and coordination platforms like Revizto or BIM360, depending on the project.
Q: Is relocation assistance available?
