Mechanical Engineer (HVAC Focus)
Install, service, and maintain HVAC systems (rooftop units, VAVs, chillers, split systems, boilers, etc.)
Troubleshoot HVAC issues using gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools
Read and interpret blueprints and HVAC schematics
Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment
Ensure safety compliance and documentation during all fieldwork
Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and project managers
Log service reports and maintain accurate work records
2+ years of HVAC service or installation experience (depending on role)
EPA Universal Certification
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for service roles)
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (field roles)
Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service mindset
NATE certification
Associate degree or trade school completion
Experience with chillers, boilers, or large commercial systems
Knowledge of energy management systems and controls
Project estimating or coordination experience
Proficiency in service dispatch or field documentation software

Typical Schedule:
Field & Service Techs: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with rotating on-call for emergency service)
Office & Estimating Roles: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

A: It’s required for most technician roles. If you’re in training or close to completion, apply and we’ll review your path.
