This 14-story project offered unique challenges due to strict delivery and installation schedules. TP Mechanical was asked to install the HVAC scope within a 12-month time frame.
Our team approach for this project was to think outside the box and ask: “What can be fabricated offsite and delivered just in time for installation and what systems can we not pre-fabricate?”.
This approach allowed us to maximize production with our on-site project team, and fabricate all materials being installed on this project. The coordination between our project management team, fabrication facility and distribution center helped ...Read More
