Mount Carmel Health Systems required quick occupancy, and a normal construction schedule would not meet their needs. TP Mechanical proposed a prefabrication process to reduce the construction schedule. We rented a warehouse two miles from the project to prefabricate 1,500 feet of rack systems that included domestic water, fire protection, medical gas, heating hot water, supply and return ductwork, VAV terminal units, control wiring, and electrical services.
