- Every participant will weigh in a the beginning and end of the challenge.
- Starting weigh-in will take place on January 3, 4 or 5 at your regional office.
- Final weigh-in will take place on March 28, 29, or 30 at your regional office.
All participants must weigh-in at both the beginning and end of the challenge to be considered for a grand prize.
All weight will be kept confidential.

- In order to allow everyone an equal chance to win a prize we are tracking the percentage of weight loss.
How do I join?
- It’s easy! Just come into your regional office on one of the official weight-in days to get started. Good Luck to all.
Monthly Pit Stop
Keep yourself motivated during the context by participating the monthly weigh-in. Monthly “pit stop” weigh-in to take place on February 1 and March 1. You must email in your weight to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your designated rep.
All participants that “pit stop” in with an update will be entered into a drawing for a $5 gift card.
